United Wholesale Mortgage is the largest wholesale mortgage lender in the country. Visiting their campus gives you a firsthand look at how they operate and why independent brokers and agents choose to work with them. It's worth the trip on its own.

What to Expect in Detroit

Here's how the trip goes. We fly in, check in, and meet up for a mixer. The next morning, vans take us to UWM for classes. We get together again afterward, then fly home.

Fly in and check in. Your round-trip flight and hotel room are covered. We'll share the hotel and flight details once your spot is approved.

Meet everyone at the welcome mixer. Grab a bite and get to know the other agents. If you're coming solo, this is an easy way to meet people before class.

Take a van to UWM for class. Vans take the group to UWM in the morning. Past trips have covered practical AI tools, social media strategies, and tactics agents can use the same week they get home. The December course lineup will be added once confirmed.

Catch up at the after-class mixer. Compare notes, keep the conversation going, and spend more time with the agents you met that day.

Fly home. Head back with ideas to try and people to stay in touch with.

What's covered?

Round-trip airfare, your hotel room, meals, van transportation to UWM, and training are covered for approved attendees. A few drinks are included at the mixers. Bring a little spending money if you would like extra alcoholic drinks.

When will I know if I'm going?

UWM reviews every signup and makes the final approval decision based on the group and available space. Expect to hear whether you are approved two weeks before the trip. Wait for the travel instructions before booking anything.
